Far Out Theatre-ish

Far Out Theatre-ish

You’ve seen Far Out Theatre. Now get ready for Far Out Theatre-ish. Smaller venues. Bigger chaos. No scenery. No rules.

What is Far Out Theatre-ish?

Our ‘ish’ shows are raw, rowdy, and ridiculous - panto unfiltered. Here’s what to expect:

  • Smaller Venues - Think pubs, clubs, and social clubs - up close and personal with the cast (sometimes too close).

  • Rowdier Crowds - There’s shouting. There’s heckling. Sometimes people climb on stage by accident. And that’s just Act One.

  • Stripped-Back Shows - No big sets. No glittery dance numbers (the stage is too small anyway). Just jokes, chaos, and cardboard props held together with gaffer tape and hope.

  • Unpredictable Timing - We might start late. The interval might run over. Your mate might go missing in the toilets. It’s all part of the charm.

More chaos. Less choreography.

Why are we doing this? Because not every venue can handle the Far Out experience.

Far Out Theatre-ish is our way of taking the chaos on tour - smaller, scrappier, and still bloody hilarious. It’s grown naturally over the years as we’ve learned what works (and what doesn’t) in social clubs, pubs, and sweaty little upstairs rooms with no stage and no lighting rig.
